Here is a behind the scenes glimpse into why our diagnostic services are neither free nor applied to the repair bill. Scanning the vehicle is simply step one of the diagnostic process.

Easy, peasy, right? Not necessarily!

In addition to the over $700/month that we spend on shop management software and labor guides, we also have to pay separately for individual access through different manufacturers to even be able to use the scanner that we have, on certain vehicles.

We were finding that we were locked out of numerous vehicles, despite having spent several thousand on a SnapOn Apollo+.

After yet another paid subscription, and many hours of trial and error, Smitty and I FINALLY figured it all out and got all the different tech profiles set up and accesses granted.

We officially have access to Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep! This is definitely on the weekly wins list!

We may have to pay for additional subscriptions in the future depending on manufacturer, but for now this will open up a lot more capabilities on our end.

Grateful to God for all of the blessings he has bestowed. Thankful for our new church family Pineywoods Family Fellowship for their help moving, and the guidance from Jack with all of the new changes in our life. Wish you were here to see our growth Joshua David Manuel - you would be proud of the man your brother is trying to be! We are feeling humbled this morning as well as excited for the future.
