Hello My People!
Starting Monday, this week, thru Wednesday we will be setup at Clan Wars Native Celebration!
Last year it was great event, and we had tons of fun watching all the competitions. And we do invite our family across the river to come and help your Clans over here. Beaver is the Clan to beat, they got lucky and this year Tapasoola will be victorious! But thats beside the point, yall come out and have some fun and get some good food.

We are about get set up and ready for Second Saturday on the Square - Woodville, TX! And today is 50s Sock Hop. We are at the moment watching Texas beat OU, HOOK'EM!!!
We will be slinging our Frybread Sandwiches
Brisket
Pot Roast
Sausage
We will also have our Native Squeezed Lemonade
Y'all take a break from the Fair, Animals, Teenie Boppers and come enjoy some great atmosphere and Great Music. We See Yall On The square!

Good Morning Everyone!!!
Today is Pork Steak Day
We have a limited number of Pork Steaks, we did have an unlimited supply but QC demands extra checks, so yall hurry up and come get some.
It comes with Sausage, Baked Beans, Mac and Cheese!
Also tomorrow Night we will be set up at the Second Saturday on the Square - Woodville, TX for a 50s Soc Hop. Come on out before, or during the Fair to catch a little bit of a break from those Dang Teenie Boppers 😆

Tomorrow we will be set up at the Alabama Coushatta Tribe of Texas Ischoopa Travel Center. Same Bat-Time, same Bat-Channel! Or if you are a younger person, than 11am.
And Guess What DAY IT IS!!!
PORK STEAK!
Pork Steak and Sausage with 2 sides
We will alsk have our Frybread Sandwiches.
And The Side Squeeze will be making our Famous Sqeezed by Natives Lemonade. And that makes it takes a little more mystical.

We are dishing out some Beef Tips Over Rice with 2 sides

Time for my ultrasound late post! We will busy for the next few days but we are still up and Running. Tomorrow we will be at the Alabama Coushatta Tribe of Texas Ischoopa Travel Center from 11am-sellout. We will be plating up out ever so delicious Beef Tips over Rice. Comes with 2 sides. And as always we will have our Frybread Sandwiches

On Friday we will be back at the Ischoopa with Pork Steaks for Pork Steak Day!!!
