🌟 Employee Spotlight: Kailee Stevenson 🌟

Meet Kailee, a member of our Ford Pro Elite BDC team! Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, she now calls Cicero home.

Outside of work, Kailee loves spending time with her daughter, Elliana, going on nature walks, and enjoying just about anything outdoors. 🌿

Her favorite vehicle currently on our lot? The King Ranch! When it comes to sports, she doesn’t follow them too closely, so she’s happy to go with the BILLS (Tori’s suggestion). 🏈

We’re happy to have you on the Davidson team, Kailee!

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Desiree Torres!

Meet Desiree Torres, our Operations Assistant! Desiree celebrates three years with Davidson next month and helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, lending a hand wherever needed and assisting with Mobile Service.

Her automotive career began 15 years ago, with a little driveway wrenching and an unexpected opportunity! While buying parts at O’Reilly, her neighbor—the store manager—offered her a job. That moment turned her interest in working on cars into a career.

At Davidson, Desiree started in Parts, where she worked until July 2024, then spent some time in Recon before joining the PRO ELITE team. A fun fact: aside from O’Reilly, she’s only ever worked for Ford dealerships!

Her favorite part of Davidson? Her coworkers! ❤️

Born in Utica, NY, and raised in Orlando, FL, Desiree has two kids and enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, kayaking, and hiking. Her household also includes a bearded dragon and four guinea pigs!

A few of her favorites:

🏈 Teams: NY Giants & New York Yankees
🌴 Vacation spot: Puerto Rico
🍝 Food: Italian
📚 Hobbies: Reading, exploring outdoors, and trying something delicious in the kitchen

Join us in celebrating Desiree and everything she brings to the Davidson team! 👏
