We love to hear it! “I pulled up to the service center and a rep was outside to greet me and had my paperwork in hand. He invited me to go inside and wait at his station. He came in and asked if I needed a service shuttle. He promptly set to using his computer to look for any recalls or coupon options for me. He set up the paperwork.
