We were proud to celebrate RIVEROAK Technical College and the opening of their new nursing facility! This is such an exciting milestone for them and our community. We were honored to help celebrate all the hard work that went into reaching this point.

We were joined by Senator Corey Simon, Representative Jason Shoaf’s Legislative Aide Anna King, and District Clerk Kate Kirby as we celebrated this special occasion.

Youth will get the chance to explore different projects available to them through 4-H with guided group activities from older 4-H members.

We’ve been out and about, connecting with our Chamber members and community, and we have a few Field Trip Fridays to catch you up on!

We hit the road and visited our Chamber members:

We are so appreciative of their continued membership, partnership, and everything they do to make Suwannee County a great place to live, work, and do business! We always enjoy the opportunity to pop in, say hello, learn more about what our members have going on, and remind them how much we appreciate having them as part of our Chamber family.

Field Trip Friday looked a little different as we participated in the Florida Rural Business Resource Fair! We had the opportunity to connect with several individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses from throughout our community, share information about the Chamber, and talk about some of the exciting things we have going on.

We love opportunities like this that allow us to make new connections and share how the Chamber can be a resource for businesses throughout Suwannee County.

We were back on the road and popped in on two more of our Chamber members:

🏛️ Suwannee County Historical Museum

From education and workforce development to preserving and sharing the rich history of our community, both organizations play an important role in Suwannee County, and we appreciate their continued partnership and membership!

Field Trip Friday is about more than making visits...it’s about building relationships, staying connected, learning more about our members, and making sure they know their Chamber is here for them. ❤
