DS Homes has an opening for an experienced general maintenance laborer. This position performs work for several companies including DS Water Company and the Desert Springs RV Resort. Scope of work covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry, groundskeeping, and mechanical. Most of the work is outdoors. Reliable transportation is required.

The ideal candidate has 3+ experience in construction, general maintenance, or handyman fields and is able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to communicate in English. Bilingual is a plus. Must have own general use tools.

Position requires being on-call for after-hours water company emergencies. Potential to evolve into a supervisory role in a growing company. Pay starts at $19/hour, depending on experience with raise at 90 days.
