My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the state of Arkansas. I enjoy working with millennial women and college students helping to manage depression and anxiety as well as navigating life transitions. I believe that no one is broken, but life often sometimes leaves us feeling that way. That’s where I am grateful to step in to help MEND the foundation.

Some fun facts about me:
🌱I love plants (I killed about 4 in the beginning, but I’m smooth sailing now) I name all of them and they’ve come to symbolize the process of healing for me.
🌱I can binge watch Scandal and Being Mary Jane for the rest of my life.
🌱I’m the millennial that has to learn how to work technology from the Gen-Zs’
🌱I love to read self-help and romance novels as well as listen to podcast in my pastime.
🌱I’m often referred to as boughetto-so pray with me don’t play with me 😂
🌱I can’t sing or dance but in my mind I think I do both very well, cause who gone tell me I can’t 👀
🌱I’m a lover of all firsts’
🌱Bali is on my bucket list because Julia Roberts in Eat Love Pray made me want to do it lol
