We had a slightly unusual “customer” stop by our shop today… a baby raccoon decided our shop looked like a great place to come in for an estimate.

While we usually specialize in bumpers and bodywork, this little guy didn’t have any vehicle damage—just a strong opinion that our front door was open for business.

With the combined help of our Bale Collision technicians and an amazing technician from TechXpress, we were able to safely and carefully catch our unexpected visitor and get him on his way to a wildlife rehabber where he’ll get the care he actually needed (and hopefully no insurance deductible).

He even received some complimentary snacks for the road—because even unexpected guests deserve five-star service.

No estimates were written… but we’re pretty confident the final repair order would’ve included:
• 1x curiosity
• 2x tiny paws
• 0x visible damage (but a lot of attitude)

All jokes aside, we’re just glad he’s safe and headed to professionals who know exactly how to care for him. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
