Thompson Driving is hiring Part-Time Driving Instructors in Little Rock for our New Driver Education Division.
This position is specifically focused on teaching new drivers one-on-one behind the wheel. It is not a corporate/fleet or professional driver training position.
No previous driving-instructor experience is required. We provide paid training, instructor certification, a company training vehicle, and an established teaching process developed through 73
years of driver education.
This could be a great opportunity for someone with experience in teaching, coaching, training, mentoring, customer service, or working with young people who is looking for meaningful part-time
work.
Position Details:
• Primarily after school & weekends
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week possible
• $18–$25/hour based on qualifications and experience
• 10+ years of driving experience required
• Good driving record required
• High school diploma or GED required
