Recently, after receiving a vehicle to donate, CBA Ocotillo gave their time, talent and expertise to ensure it was safe and reliable on the road. Once it was ready, they began praying about who should receive it. As they sought God’s direction, one organization kept coming to mind: Teen Challenge Home of Hope.

When the team reached out to the home’s director, they discovered one of the ministry’s staff members, Jewells, had been faithfully praying for reliable transportation. A graduate of Home of Hope herself, Jewells chose to remain after completing the program, first serving as an intern before joining the staff. Today, she dedicates her life to serving the women and children who find refuge and healing through the ministry.

The director shared that she and Jewells had been praying specifically for a vehicle and believed God had already promised to provide one. The call from the Ocotillo team was the answer they had been waiting for.

Tires are a large investment, and you want to get the most out of them. Regular rotations help both your alignment and suspension components.

Remember, uneven tires can lead to a rougher ride, poor handling, and less traction in inclement weather. 🛞

🔧 Meet the Team Monday 🔧

This week, we're introducing you to Igor Grinev, one of the talented technicians on our team at Christian Brothers Automotive.

Igor has been working in the automotive industry since 2007, when he landed his first job at just 18 years old. His natural curiosity about how things work - and his habit of taking things apart to figure them out - made automotive repair a pretty natural fit.

Today, one of Igor's favorite challenges is advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics. He enjoys using advanced scan tools, a PicoScope, and thermal imaging to track down those hard-to-find issues and get to the root of the problem. 🔍🔧

What does he enjoy most about working at CBA? The teamwork and the commitment to doing things the right way. For Igor, integrity, honesty, and taking care of our guests aren't just words - they're an important part of the job.

Originally from Ukraine, Igor has called the United States home for the past 27 years. When he's not at the shop, you'll probably find him outdoors. He loves multi-day tent camping trips, exploring National Parks, and spending time in the mountains. 🏕️🏔️

A few more fun facts about Igor:
☕ Coffee is his fuel of choice
🏔️ Mountains over beaches
🐶 Dogs over cats
🚗 He loves all makes and models (they all keep us in business!)
🔧 His dream? Land with a massive custom garage to build the ultimate project workspace.

We're lucky to have Igor's experience, curiosity, and dedication on our team!

Next time you're in the shop, be sure to say hello. 👋

🔧 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 🔧

This week, we're introducing you to our shop foreman, Max Coty.

He's the technician behind this 2020 Aston Martin DB11, and it's not your everyday repair.

This DB11 recently came to us needing a cylinder head replacement after a high-pressure fuel pump failure caused damage to the cooling system. It's an incredible piece of engineering, too. The engine sits up front, but the transmission is mounted in the rear, connected by a torque tube to help create the balanced weight distribution these cars are known for.

Jobs like this are right in Max's wheelhouse.

Max has been with Christian Brothers Automotive for six years. He joined because of the culture and has since worked his way into the role of shop foreman. Max came to our team with the Mercedes-Benz STAR certification, and along the way, he's earned his ASE Master Technician certification, L1 Advanced Engine Performance certification, and hybrid and EV certifications.

Originally from New York, Max has called Pennsylvania home since 2004. When he's not in the shop, he's spending time with his wife, Katelyn, and their two daughters.

While exotic and European vehicles are his specialty, what we appreciate most about Max is that he brings the same care and attention to every repair, no matter what's parked in his bay.

Give Max a 👍 in the comments, and if your vehicle needs service, we'd love the chance to take care of it, too.

A simple act of partnership is helping put a vehicle - and hope - back on the road. 💚🚗

At Christian Brothers Automotive - Lititz, we believe serving others is about more than repairing vehicles - it’s about caring for our neighbors, helping where we can, and supporting one another.

We’re honored to partner with Lancaster Snow Angels on a special project to support a local mom in need. They generously provided a donated vehicle, and our team is providing the full repair work to get it safely back on the road.

We’re grateful to play a part in something that will make a big difference in someone’s life. ❤️

We're excited to introduce ourselves to those who may not know us and welcome the guests who have trusted us over the years.

Last week, Josh Pratt stepped into the role of Franchise Operator here at Christian Brothers Automotive - Lititz. While Josh is new to this position - and new to the Lititz community - he's not new to the Christian Brothers Automotive family.

Over the years, Josh has served in a variety of roles across the organization, from supporting daily shop operations as a top-performing service manager, to his time at the Christian Brothers Automotive Support Center, where he helped launch new locations and supported equipment procurement for shops. Those experiences have shaped his passion for serving others, building strong teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Now, Josh is proud to bring that experience to Lititz and continue building on the foundation that has made this shop a trusted part of the community since 2017.

Whether you've been with us for years or are considering visiting us for the first time, our commitment remains the same: honest automotive care, exceptional service, and treating every customer like family.

If you stop by the shop, be sure to say hello to Josh and the team! We look forward to serving you and being part of this incredible community for years to come.

Thank you for your support; we're excited about what's ahead! 🚗🔧
