The customer wanted new inserts for these door panels. I cut new cardboard panels, marked and cut all the holes to bolt the inserts to the door panels and for installing the metal trim. New hardware was installed into the cardboard panels inserts. Fiberfill was carefully glued to the inserts. A white vinyl piece was sewed to the NOS green fabric and the fabric was glued over the fiberfill lined cardboard panels. The metal trim was attached to the door inserts and the panel inserts were attached to the new green door panels. It was a very labor intensive project. The final result was quite nice.

This is a custom fit tarp for a mobile welder. The handles on top help pull off the cover.

This telehandler seat needed foam repair and a new cover.

This Lariat headliner had a backing that was falling apart. A new board was cut and the original vinyl and trim were glued to the new board.

This customer rocker needed new cushions. New foam and completely new covers. The top cushion needed Velcro straps to keep it in place.
