Well, yesterday did not happen the way it was planned and the Million Dollar Highway still awaits...

Went up to Lionsback area to pay tribute to a friend that we lost a couple years ago of heart failure 😞
Left Moab and one of the bikes had a few issues enroute Durango including a rear flat that was replaced just prior to this trip 😒 but, we worked through it and decided to enjoy ourselves anyway!

Met a couple amazing people that were willing to help us out. The sheriff in Monticello went to his house to bring us Allen wrenches to tighten up a chain. We also met a cool guy in Colorado on a Honda Africa Twin that brought an air compressor and assisted in plugging the hole in the tire.

Then on to Durango where we had good food, and we found an amazing little cabin, nestled in the woods. Never would've been here otherwise. 🤔

BUT -TODAY should be THE DAY!

Had another day of AMAZING riding with Utah ATV Association - Venom took me 116 miles on the Best DUSTY fun that Duck Creek had to hand out. Drove through a burnt🔥 section Bummer!! Turned over the dreaded 5000 miles. 😱
**Only ran out of gas for a minute😬

I want to say THANKS to everyone on the board for your planning & ex*****on in keeping it safe & real -AT THE SAME TIME! 🤪Enjoyed it thoroughly and appreciate the planning and work that goes into it!!

Back by 4:00pm - washed off the pound of dirt and hop on the bike to head to Moab😎

(Only ran out of gas for a minute - not ME this time)

Made it by 11:08 pm - and SLEEPy Time!
