In comes a ford escape, no crank no start. Found a broken starter cable and repaired that, replaced the starter, still no start. Hmmmm... with some investigating, discovered a starter grounding strap that someone else decided to relocate onto the transmission. So we put it where it belongs and voila. Car came to life and a happy customer drove home.
