Do you have auto glass insurance coverage?
Are you aware that you have the option to choose which glass shop replaces your glass?
Most independent glass shops like myself direct bill insurance companies with no out-of-pocket expense to you.
Avoid being directed by the third-party administrator (TPA) who answers the phone for your insurance company; instead, inform them that you prefer to use a local glass shop.
Whether you choose my shop or another independent shop, do not allow the TPA to dictate which glass company you must use. Notably, the largest TPA owns the largest auto glass company in the USA.
