🏁 2022 Suzuki GSX-R750 — FULL SEND.

This GSX-R750 came in equipped with a full CS Racing exhaust + DNA high-flow air filter, and after getting it properly dialed in on the dyno, the results speak for themselves.

🔴 Before: 117.73 WHP / 49.64 ft-lbs
🔵 After: 125.90 WHP / 54.78 ft-lbs

That’s not just peak horsepower — we picked up power and torque throughout the entire rev range, with a much stronger midrange and top-end. Nearly +15WHP and +7ft-lbs, naturally aspirated.

And as always: SAE correction factor. No inflated numbers, no tricks — just repeatable, standardized results. 📈

2025 Honda CBR650R — DYNO TESTED 🏁🔥

We wanted to see exactly what this CBR650R would gain from bolt-ons and proper tuning — so we tested each setup back-to-back on the dyno.

🔴 STOCK EXHAUST / STOCK FILTER: 85.23 WHP
🔵 FULL ARROW TITANIUM / STOCK FILTER: 87.37 WHP
🟢 FULL ARROW TITANIUM / DNA FILTER: 89.86 WHP / 45.64 TQ

Nearly +5 WHP at the wheel over the stock setup, with gains throughout the rev range — not just a peak number. 💪

The DNA filter really woke up the top end, allowing the 650 to keep pulling where the stock setup starts falling off. AFR and ECU mapping were dialed in on the dyno to make the combination work together.

Exhaust + airflow + proper ECU calibration. That’s how you build power. 📈

🔥 2018 YAMAHA MT-10 — UNLEASHED. 🔥

This MT-10 came in rocking a Racefit 3/4 Titanium exhaust + Sprint air filter, and the factory restrictions were leaving a LOT on the table.

📉 Before: 132 HP / 73.8 FT-LBS
📈 After: 147.5 HP / 77 FT-LBS

That’s over +15 WHP peak, but the real story is up top — at ~11,500 RPM we picked up roughly +25 HP.

No parts changed. Same bike. Same dyno. Just proper ECU calibration and letting that CP4 breathe the way Yamaha should’ve from the factory.

🔥 2026 BMW R 12 S — DIALED IN 🔥

This BMW came into the ASAP MOTO Dyno Lab making 92 HP / 75 FT-LB and left making 99 HP / 77 FT-LB — but the peak numbers only tell part of the story.

🚀 +8–13 HP through the midrange
💪 +5–9 FT-LB of torque where you actually ride
📈 92 HP → 99 HP
⚙️ 75 FT-LB → 77 FT-LB
⛽ AFR completely cleaned up and running a PERFECT straight line

The biggest transformation is under the curve. Throttle response is sharper, the midrange hits considerably harder, and power delivery is smooth and consistent all the way through the rev range.

2022 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR 🔥🏁

This one came in already fast… but there was a LOT left on the table.

After a full custom dyno tune, we picked up power across the entire rev range — not just chasing a peak number. Final results jumped from 157.43 WHP / 81.20 WTQ to 168.62 WHP / 87.57 WTQ. That’s +11.19 WHP and +6.37 WTQ, with a stronger curve basically everywhere.

We also removed the factory top-speed limiter, dialed in the fueling and ignition, optimized throttle response, AND improved fuel efficiency during normal riding. 🚀

More power. More torque. No speed limiter. Better MPG.
