A friend of ours gave us a call after his son accidentally backed into this vehicle in a parking lot.

They wanted to do the right thing and take care of it out of pocket, without going through insurance.

We were able to repair the damage and get it back looking like it never even happened.

If you’re ever in a car accident, here are a few things most people don’t know:

1️⃣ You can choose ANY body shop you want — insurance cannot force you to go somewhere.
2️⃣ Take lots of pictures of the damage and the scene.
3️⃣ Get the other driver’s insurance information.
4️⃣ If your vehicle isn’t drivable, have it towed to the shop you trust.

At Edwards Paint & Body, we help people through this process every day and work with all insurance companies.

East Texas friends — did y’all get caught in that hail today? 🌨️

If your vehicle took a hit, dents don’t always look as bad as they feel. Most hail damage can be repaired and insurance usually covers it.
