Trick 1 Automotive Center is seeking a Service Writer to serve as the primary point of contact for customers discussing vehicle repairs in person or over the phone to schedule repair services. The successful candidate will answer phone calls, research required parts for repairs, place orders, and update repair orders accordingly. Additionally, the Service Writer will research established labor rates and discuss estimated repairs with customers. This is a Monday-Friday position with no weekend shifts. Although the environment can be fast-paced at times, training is available for interested individuals looking to learn about the automotive industry.
