Very true
We didn’t need melatonin gummies, sleep playlists, or “wind-down routines.”
We ran ourselves unconscious.
Twelve straight hours outside in the heat riding bikes, climbing trees, catching frogs, jumping creeks, and doing things that would probably get a neighborhood Facebook group called today.
Then you’d crash on the couch still dirty, one shoe half off, TV flickering in the background, while your parents quietly decided not to wake you up.
That was childhood.
