We have 2 major announcements that day.
Please attend as we discuss next years class rules, update our rules for the Losi Late Models and any other discussion as well. Track will be available for everyone just be mindfully it will not be prep.

Weather update:

As you know by now rain and flooding is the number 1 issue around our area. We have area flooding around Waverly and Raymond Road. Unfortunately I will cancel our final show of the year. The track is under water in the back straight, pretty messed up on the track as well and the pit area is really soft. We had over 4” of rain not counting last weeks rain as well. It’s been a tough year with all the rain we had this past summer and with schedule issues. With that being said we still have our banquet schedule for Oct 18th around 1 pm. Trophies has been ordered for all who qualified. Track will be open for play day. It also important to attend as we will discuss next years event. There is 1 major change that will go in effect next year that everyone needs to know about and I believe it will help car count locally. It’s a real shame. we had so many cancelled races this summer due to Mother Nature. In all my years of having this track, I never saw what I saw this year. If you are into 1/5 and 1/4 you can attend this years meeting as well as we are working with another track for next year and information is vital. Hopefully we can get any rule changes per class in the 1/10th scale and finalized the rules for the new Losi Late Model. So everyone input is vital to carry on for next years show.

It’s been a real pleasure working with everyone and enjoying some top notch racing here as well. Congratulations to our new champions from the 2026 season.

The cars is put to bed until next year. A lot of racing done in 5 days. The results were satisfactory. Sprinter just didn’t hook up and decided to park it for the sportsman. The limited was pretty good but the championship was a moot point. If the second place driver didn’t spin out and get wreck I would ending placing second. He was undefeated in both red plate classes but I guess being lucky is better than not having one. To be fair he was pro in both blue plate classes and a local as well. Unlike my competitor I will move up to the Sportsman division next year.

Like to thank the Ingles crew for putting a good event despite rain. Like to thank Sarah for doing a bang up job in scoring. Couple guys I like to give a shout out was Mike Sadler for the encouragement during the event and Scott Meadows for all the info he gave me to make the car better. I was brain overwhelmed but hopefully it will help next year. Look forward to competing at HueyTown. I made a few new friends and thank you to all of the drivers who drove me clean and hopefully I drove you guys clean as well.
