Be careful of whom you let repair your vehicles... This one had used excessively long lines, which were laying on drive shaft, plumbed the air valve incorrectly, no tread tape or sealant on all the fittings, plumbed both brake chambers backwards AND WORST OF ALL, the actual problem was BOTH CHAMBER DIAPHRAMS HAD FAILED causing brakes to not release. All that and hadn't even diagnosed the issue correctly 🤦‍♂️.
