Each year, one BZ team member is selected to receive our Core Value Award, a special recognition chosen by a committee made up of previous award recipients. ❤️

This year, we’re proud to celebrate Jay Lortie as our Core Value Award recipient!

Jay truly exemplifies what it means to live out our BZ core values every day, but especially “Teamwork Makes The Dream Work,” “Be A Lifetime Student,” and “Go The Extra Mile.” He consistently shows up for his team, continues to learn and grow, and never hesitates to go above and beyond to help others and get the job done.

We’re so grateful to have Jay as part of the BZ Family and couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition. Congratulations, Jay! 👏❤️
