⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CUSTOMER STORY
"I cannot say enough good things about Tire Star in Kendallville. I had been pulled over because my brake lights were out, and I had my children in the car with me, so I needed to get the issue fixed as quickly as possible for their safety.

I walked into Tire Star without an appointment, and they were extremely busy. The manager came out, listened to what was going on, and I could tell they honestly did not have room in their schedule to squeeze in another vehicle. But instead of simply turning me away, he recognized that this was a safety issue and found a way to help me.

They managed to get my vehicle in, diagnose the problem, and have me repaired and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. He even went the extra mile to replace a low headlight!

That kind of customer service is rare. They could have easily told me they were booked and sent me somewhere else, but they went out of their way to make sure my children and I could safely get back on the road. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed us today.

Tire Star earned a customer for life. I would recommend them to anyone."

Thank you, Jessica, for taking the time to share your experience with our Kendallville team! 💙
