Eric's Auto is announcing its closure as of March 27, 2023. While we are saddened to take this action, we realize that we cannot hold our prices at the current level any longer. Due to the economy, the run - away inflation, & lack of skilled employee hiring potential, it is no longer financially possible for us to subsidize this shop. With only 2 mechanics, Eric has been working harder this last year than he should have. There are many Napa car care centers in the area who will honor warranty of parts replaced at Eric's Auto Service. At this time, we are not recommending any other individually owned shops so any statements claiming that are false. We don't know what the long term future holds for Eric's Auto but we do know that we need a break from this hamster wheel of working weekends & 14 hour days We appreciate all of you & your kindness as we close the doors. We will be operating at full capacity until the end of March. We will not be printing up copies of every repair done at our shop as it is physically impossible. Thank you We'll be in touch
