The family is requesting that the attire for the service 8/3/2024 at 10 am, be what you feel best represents how you knew Frank Carter, this could be race uniforms, Casual dress, professional attire, or whatever would put a smile on his face.
The family will not be having a reception afterwards, we will be having a large celebration of Frank Carters Life at a seperate time and place in the coming months.
If you are unable to attend, we will be live streaming the service Saturday morning, and will post the link for those that can not attend.
