NOW ANNOUNCING OUR REDUNDANCY DAY SPECIALS
According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Labor Day is “an annual celebration of the social and economic achievements of American workers.” The holiday stems from 1887 when LABOR activists wanted a federal holiday to recognize workers' contributions to the country.
Sadly this no longer appears to be the case anymore. It seems it's primarily white collar industries that have this day off while the blue collar community is stuck at work laboring away which seems rather REDUNDANT.
Theodore Roosevelt once said, "It is only through labor and painful effort, by grim energy and resolute courage, that we move on to better things." And he was no stranger to hard back breaking work, just look at the Panama Canal.
Laborers make this country function on the most basic levels. Plumbers, electricians, welders, truck drivers, farmers, ranchers, and a whole laundry list of other industries. If you remember correctly we were considered "essential" during that time of government overreach with that whole Covid lockdown fiasco.
So here at Squatch we will honor each and every one of you blue collar workers all September long with 10% off all services to those in any labor industry and an additional 5% off to the laborers that worked Labor Day.
