We now have some officially certified safe riders in the community!

We had a wonderful turnout for the Juniper Ridge Bike Safety Rodeo. The kids brought their bikes, trikes, scooters, and skates, and the Williamson County Sheriff's Office brought the fun and education!

It was so great seeing all the smiling faces and community spirit. Thank you to everyone who came out, and a huge thank you to WilCo’s finest for teaching our kiddos how to ride safely!

Holiday Office Hours – Independence Day Weekend

As we celebrate Independence Day, we want to wish everyone a safe, happy, and joyful Fourth of July weekend.

Please note that the Juniper Ridge RV Village office will close today (Friday) at 11:00 AM and will remain closed through the holiday weekend. We will reopen on Monday, July 6 for normal business hours.

Whether you’re traveling, gathering with family and friends, relaxing at your site, or enjoying the beautiful Texas Hill Country, we hope your weekend is filled with safety, rest, and celebration.

Look who’s hanging out by the pond!

Have you spotted these unique visitors near the water recently?

These striking birds are Black-bellied Whistling-Ducks! True to their name, they don't actually quack—they make a distinct, high-pitched whistling chatter. With their bright pinkish-red bills and long legs, they look a bit more like miniature geese than regular ducks, and they love to perch up high on fences and tree branches.

Next time you're taking a stroll around the property, listen closely and see if you can hear them whistling hello!

With Texas summer temperatures cranking up well past 100°F, keeping our RVs smelling fresh and our systems running smoothly is a top priority for everyone in the village.

If you’re looking for a reliable way to manage your black tank, many seasoned RVers swear by Happy Campers RV Holding Tank Treatment. Unlike traditional chemical masking agents, it’s a mineral-based formula that actively neutralizes odors and helps break down waste—even in extreme heat!

Here are a few quick pro-tips to keep your tanks "happy" and healthy:

-Water is your best friend: Always start with a good baseline. When priming your tank after a dump, dissolve one scoop of Happy Campers in a gallon of water, flush it down, and follow it up with another 2–3 gallons of water.

-Keep that valve closed: Keep your black tank valve closed until it’s at least 2/3 full. Leaving it open allows liquids to drain out while solids stay behind (the dreaded "pyramid" structure no one wants to deal with!).

-Skip the fancy paper: A good, active tank treatment helps break down ordinary household tissue, saving you from buying expensive specialty RV brands.
