A friend of mine had a conversation with a customer. The customer didn’t like the price he quoted and said he’d take his vehicle to a body shop and “have it fixed right.”
While this isn’t usually the case, it still goes to show that when PDR is done right, it far exceeds any body shop repair. They can’t save your factory finish. I do. They grind the panel and put foreign materials on your vehicle that can crack, even chunk off. I don’t. They take days for a repair. Many of mine take less than an hour.

This is a video from another tech. Someone DESTROYED the integrity of this hood because they were either in a hurry or didn't know how to repair it without drilling holes. This hood needs to be replaced now.
