Winter vehicle service can include:

Tires: Check the condition and tread of your tires. Worn tires can increase stopping distance and decrease stability on wet roads.

Tire pressure: Check that your tires are properly inflated for winter conditions. Cold weather can cause tire pressure to drop.

Battery: Test your car's battery, as it can lose some of its strength in cold weather.

Antifreeze: Ensure your car has the correct mixture of antifreeze and water in the radiator. The liquid should be full.

Wiper fluid and blades: Check the condition of your wiper blades and ensure you have enough wiper fluid. Wiper fluid can get used up quickly in snowstorms.

Other fluids: Check the oil and other engine fluids.

Lights: Ensure all exterior lights are working properly.

Heater and defroster: Test the heater and window defroster.

Emergency kit: Create a car emergency kit and keep it in your vehicle
