The T-speed rated Touring LS T is Sumitomo's Standard Touring All-Season tire developed for the drivers of coupes, sedans, minivans and crossover vehicles. Designed to combine long wear and good comfort, Touring LS T tires provide all-season traction in dry, wet and wintry conditions, even in light snow.
Touring LS T tires feature Sumitomo's fine grain carbon black tread compound molded into a computer-designed symmetric pattern that combines all-season capability with long treadlife. Innovative shoulder blocks enhance cornering traction while a center rib provides continuous road contact for a quieter ride. Sipes in the independent shoulder and intermediate blocks increase the number of biting edges to enhance operation through a variety of weather conditions, while four circumferential grooves help drain water to resist hydroplaning.
The Touring LS T tire's internal structure includes twin steel belts reinforced by Sumitomo's spirally wound Jointless Nylon Band (JNB) technology to increase long-term durability. Tuned sidewall stiffness improves cornering while a polyester casing helps absorb road disturbances to increase ride quality.
