Got my machine out today, cuz tomorrow's weather isn't looking good... great showing, with the prospect of snagging a trophy handcrafted by the students.

Early bedtime for my sweetie, so I continued work on her chicken coop/table project. She's looking to put some sort of mosaic on the bottom (which will actually be the table TOP)... anyway, I needed to seal the spaces between the floor slats so resin, glue, or whatever she applies won't dribble away.

For the record... I'm only assisting with the "engineering" portion, fortifying structural shortcomings and preparing the future working surface for her creative endeavors. Originally, the thing was more wobbly than Mom after her Shirley Temple... I've made progress, but there is still much to do...

As y'all know I've been absent from car shows/club activities due to family matters and a mechanical issue with Deirdre. Got wind of an event to be held practically in my front yard... so I'm thinking of heading out there. The steering issue on the old gal is irritating, but I'm confident rolling just a couple of miles at the posted speed limits will not exacerbate the problem. Wifey said she's open to attending with her own ride... DATE DAY!!

If the Good Lord wills, and the weather is nice, we'll be there! Hope you can come out as well... it's not often you see our "Pony" and "'Wagen" together beyond the driveway 🚘🚙🚗🛻🏍
