Small team, big personalities, and plenty of moving parts!

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on another member of the High Country crew, Cormac! From making deliveries around town to learning the ropes behind the counter, Mac is getting a little taste of everything that goes into keeping our business running!

But there’s more to our team than just auto parts, so we figured it was time for you to get to know another familiar face!

We asked Mac a few questions, and here’s what he had to say! 👇🏼

⚙️[What’s your favorite part of your job?]
Talking to customers— specifically about their vintage cars if the topic comes up.
⚙️[What’s something people might not know about what you do?]
I dabble in more than just parts delivery. I’m the professional jack-of-all-trades and designated do-it-all guy.
⚙️[What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?]
Don’t be afraid to ask for help, there are no wrong questions.
⚙️[What song is always on your playlist?]

⚙️[What’s a hobby you have outside of work?]
Working on my car — 2019 Mercedes CLA250
⚙️[What’s one thing on your bucket list?]
Restore my dad’s Chrysler New Yorker

We’re incredibly proud of Cormac and all that he’s accomplished over the past year! His hard work, dedication, and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities haven’t gone unnoticed. We truly appreciate everything he brings to High Country and are excited to see what the future holds for him!

We may be small, but we are mighty! 💪🏼 And every mighty team needs a rock and Alan is ours.

Alan is a huge part of what keeps things running around here, and we figured it was time for you all to get to know him a little better!

Since 2013, but I have over 35 years of parts experience.
⚙️[What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?]
A customer I knew said “You might think you know it all but there will always be new experiences to learn from.”
⚙️[What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?]
Watching my grandkids
⚙️[What’s one thing on your bucket list?]
Zip lining on the Vegas strip
⚙️[What three things would you bring to a deserted island?]
My wife, a fishing pole, and a knife

Every business has a story behind it, and we’re pretty proud of ours!

Jones Distributing dba High Country Automotive Distributing, is continuing to be built on a dream, a whole lot of hard work, and a refusal to give up when the road isn’t easy.

We’re incredibly grateful to have Josh’s story shared and to have the journey behind High Country recognized. From a decade-long dream to finally reaching his goal, this business means so much more than just parts on a shelf.

September 11th, 2001 left no corner of America untouched.

Here in the Pacific Northwest, thousands of miles from this tragedy, we still felt the fear, heartbreak, and lasting effects of that day. It was a moment that changed the way an entire country saw the world and one another.

Twenty-five years later, we honor those who never made it home, those who faced the danger head-on, and the families who have carried their loss ever since.

We still remember. We still honor. We will never forget. ❤️🤍💙
