NOW FOR SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT...
AVOCADO TACOS
Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
1 1/2 pounds of hamburger
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 cup of tomato based salsa
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of finely shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 cup of roughly shredded lettuse
1 package of taco seasoning
Directions
In a skillet brown the hamburger, and the onions, crushing the hamburger up into small pieces. Add the taco seasoning, to suit your taste while cooking.
When the hamburger is done drain and put it into to a bowl.
Cut the avocados in half, and remove the seeds. Carefully remove the avocados from their skins, OR you can leave the outer skins on, your choice.
Put each half on a serving plate with some of the shredded lettuce.
Put the cooked hamburger, onion, and taco seasoning mixture into each avocado half.
Add some salsa, a dollop of sour cream and the Mexican cheese blend on top.
Eat out of the skin using a spoon, or eat taco style if you removed the skins

Victory's Taco Tater Tot Casserole 😋
Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 (32 ounce) package tater tots
1 (8 ounce) package cheddar cheese
Directions :
brown beef drain.
stir in taco seasoning and water and simmer for 5 minutes.
add corn soup put in 9 x 13 pan and top with tater tots.
bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
take out top with cheese put back in oven for 5 minutes or till cheese is melted.
add ketchup or taco sauce when served tastes very good enjoy.

From the humble beginnings at my brother Gene’s shop, to the service station at 5th and Bryden, then to the shop on 24th Street, and then finishing up at the most recent shop on Clearwater Avenue. I am proud to say that after 40 years as what most of you know as Bann&Bann, it has came time for the journey to come to an end and retire. I would like to thank all of our past customers for their patronage over all those years. It has been a great ride in assisting with all of your automotive repair needs. You will now find me hanging out at the drag strip with my family, doing what I love, turning wrenches. I look forward to seeing you all at the track.
