Good Morning on RED Shirt FriYay!

Looks like a great weekend in our LC Valley...

We have a Chapter Ride on Sunday, a meandering route to Spangle WA for lunch at the Harvester. Road Captains Randy, Ron & Steveare out on pre-ride today.

Tomorrow, Saturday, is the 13th Anniversary at Hells Canyon Harley-Davidson. Come on down & join the celebration!

Day 2 of our overnighter to Baker City:

Chilly start out this morning, it was 34 when the first riders were up & packing their bikes before breakfast.

Heading out from Baker City & almost the entire way to Joseph was beautiful Sunday morning riding.

Some of us are back home in the LC Valley, 4 others are headed to Pullman, after an ice cream stop!

What a great day for a ride! Well… maybe started a little shaky 😉

After a spirted ride up out of Asotin and across the upper plain to Anatone, we hit misty fog as we dropped over onto the Rattlesnake Grade, which unfortunately turned to outright rain as we passed Boggan’s Oasis.

After slogging our way up out of the canyon into Oregon, we were into clear weather by the time we were halfway to Enterprise. Sunny skies in LaGrande!!

After a scrumptious lunch at the Smokehouse Restaurant (2208 Adams Ave, La Grande, OR), we took the backroads (Hwy 203) to Union OR towards Medical Springs and Baker City. What a great bike road, full of sweeping corners alongside Catherine Creek. Landed at our hotel for the evening in Baker where refreshments and dinner were enjoyed by all.
