After all I have done for my little Suzi she still wants more! Now I must replace my brake master cylinder, going down a big hill I had brakes and then the pedal went to the floor. Good thing she's a manual!

Was a nice warm day for working on the SX4 in the driveway! Finally got my oil changed and my valve cover gasket. I've got 126.6k on the car now and still drives like a champ. Lot of little things have had to been replaced a few times, I.E. tie roses ball joints and so on. No surprise Maine roads are terrible who knows maybe they'll fix them someday and I won't have to work on it so often.

GRRRR! Spent alot of time, money, and hard work on the front end of my car for it to drive perfect. After driving around all day my cars alternator kicked the bucket and died right at a busy light here in town. A nice guy helped me push it out of the street, while I waited for my husband. He finally got there I jumped it and hammered on the gas to get it home. Now I'm on the search for a cheap replacement. When it rains it pours!

At this point I no longer have a garage just my driveway. So this page should be renamed to nathans driveway. But I do the work all the same. My Escape's exhaust sprung a leak real close to the engine after a heavy snow fall and a deep wall of snow at the end of my drive. Sucked! It was so loud, but none the less I got the new part and aim to fix it.

Finally my car is back together and she rides nice. 4 new shocks, break pads on the front passenger side along with a caliper and a rotor.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! PARTS! PARTS! PARTS! That's all old cars want. You'd think after changing all 4 shocks that would be enough for now, but no. It just could be that simple. Now the break caliper is toast, and I need the bracket that holds the caliper in place because the head to the bolt for it broke. Also to top it off in order to get the last old shock off I had to cut the bolt holding it out so I have to wait till Monday when the Subaru dealer is open to get that specific bolt, go figure.
