We invest in special tooling to help us do our job to the best of our availability!

Take this tool for an example. It is a thermal imager. Do we need one of these to do our job and to repair your machine? No, but by having this tool helps us excel and do our job more efficiently where we can give diagnostics faster, verify repairs faster.

Take this machine. We are doing a cooling system bleed. We can run this imager over the whole cooling system. Check for air pockets in the system, check air temp coming out of the heater. All by simply walking around the machine. This tool allows us to verify the system has been properly bled without actual numbers and visually see instead of relying just on our knowledge and skill set. This allows us to back it up and present data to our customers!

Did you know shocks are serviceable items?

Many shocks can be rebuilt when you have a leaking seal. And have a life span for the oil. Just like your engine oil does.

If you don’t service your shocks regularly they could cost you a lot more and take out parts internally like this one. This shock had a failure and then the piston started rubbing on the shock body. Causing a lot more damage. Instead of just fresh oil and seals this shock needed a new piston and shock body.

Don’t neglect your suspension that allows you to stay in contact with the ground that gives you the stability to ride.
