This is the last kick start Harley Davidson we have built, it left on Monday after a nightmare of f**k up ism's 2 bent 74 inch cranks brand new from V twin, causing us to get an 80 inch S&S crank thus having to get 80 inch cylinders and bore those, un even case's at the cylinders base (2 different cases) the last builder filled the difference with silicone we machined the cases, a cam timing ignition index notch that was wrong, the Shovel head starts on the 1st kick and runs great and it only took 2yrs to complete...................yes this bike was finished in 23 with a used unknown running engine but was found to have motor issues( bad breather cavity) that made it a bitch to kick start if it had an electric start it would have left and only come back for oil changes. As the nightmare of the original engine was realized one thing after another caused the delay

re using the stock SE mufflers were only 1/4 price for the labor of a set of quality slip ons, while its making a awesome note to the ears
saving big in the pocket at the end for the gains acheved.............

We have a 2017 110 SE Softail on the Dyno making 72hp and 94 ftlbs in its stock trim gonna see what some off road exhaust work and Tuning do for it .SO f**king lean now being a little creative with fuel delivery and Timing choice's i hope to wake this bitch up i can tell you it has pretty good engine as it has a minimum amount of oil in the gear case indicating it has a straight crank and the oil pump is working as it should hopefully i will be posting a sheet in the next day or so showing how fine tuning shine's on paper but more in the seat of the pants..............

Sorry folks for the late update on the last engine built in house.
We are so Fu***ng busy.................................
it finished with
HP 104
TRQ 117
at the rear wheel un corrected settings in dyno software
the result were OK as the customer didn't have us change the throttle and air filter or the D&D pipe we recommended all of those parts would have added about 2500 to his bill and we end up using the stock head pipes with cobra NH slip on mufflers , an estimate of 20hp and 18 trq may have been realized as the last 110 SE i did is in Mike Wrights Dyna with 135hp and 135 trq with the same everything Heads cams etc. and that mu**er f**ker screams he hasn't been spanked by anyone and he has spanked every big inch M8 he has the pleasure of lining up with, Thanks to Jim at Mega Flows Head porting i get to shine......
i removed the Gallop exhaust because it was too big for the bike unless you were WIDE FU**IN OPEN and the low end was suffering
after putting the stock pipes on the customer was very pleased with the build as his low and mid range power was increased from the more restrictive head pipe diameter as it was retuned it did loose 3hp and trq at wfo so consider that
i also put the restrictive breather baffles in as the customer didn't want to deal with the the breather activity as the race baffles are good for about 3hp & TRQ at wide open throttle it wasn't a big loss and proved the Gallop 2into 1 exhaust sucks C**k and with no mess so it was a win win and most importantly the Customer is Fu***ng Stoked

We Will Have a Dyno Chart for a 110 cvo that we had the pleasure of building, After finding Anti Freeze scum attached to the exhaust valve pocket We took off all the water cooling Garbage , i also Tricked the stock ECM into thinking its Air cooled so all those annoying lights wont show up all pi**ed off, We Installed the Air cooled heads a 5.5 qt oil tank and a Fan cooled oil cooler Put a Dark horse crank, Mega Flow ported heads Tapered bearing and 585 gear drive bump sticks we then honed out the cylinders and Fit the only Pistons available for such a build Keith Black Forged pop ups raising the compression , The customer was thinking for us and got a POS Gallop 2into 1 exhaust that when you looked in the ports you could see obstructions making positive exhaust flow poor, while on the dyno at perfect AFR numbers we found a few areas that weren't smooth The Wizard i am will try everything to get those effected areas as best as possible ,THE INTERNET is a FU**ING retards paradise for info that aint worth FU**IN Dog C**k

This is a 88 cui twin cam 2003 Road king that sat for over 10yrs we went through the fuel system, it has Reinhardt true stepped duals way to big for a stock mill without any tuning, everything else was stock, here's the catch the stock tune couldn't even make a clean pass at WFO with out being pi**ed off breaking up mid test(showing it to be very lean) so the blue line is the result of my custom made start tune and then you see the difference between a generic tune and a custom tune look at the Horse power gain just from the tune and the Torque isn't to shabby either
Again a testament to tuning when the FU**ING dealers tell folks they don't need to be tuned after exhaust changes
And all i do is optimize Air fuel ratio and timing its kinda like f**king magic cause that power was there all the time i just had to find it & let it out....

this is the manifold of 2000 fatboy with no miles the original owner said the manifold was never removed since new look at the f**ked up swirl marks in the head and look atb the oring stepping out in those 2 place those 2 area had low spots that can only be correctly repaired by milling the surface and getting a longer manifold or welding and decking to stock height
