Sunday May 25th Road to the Finals Update
This year it took the biggest UHAUL we could find to get all the prizes and goods to Texarkana and it will be on its way in just a few short hours.
We wish you all safe travels and I’ll be back to answering emails and making corrections Tomorrow. We have a lot to do in the next 24 hours with setup but I just know this is going to be the best race yet!

Additional horses can be added to an existing entry until 8am of the race and can be done at the entry office or through the email.

🐎 REQUIRED HORSE DOCUMENTS
Each horse brought onto the grounds must have:
✔️ Current Negative Coggins
If traveling across state lines:
✔️ Health Certificate
⚠️ We will not be checking health papers at the gate, but state inspectors may arrive at any time during the week, so please come prepared.

You may attend one or all demos, however:
➡️ You must attend the specific demo to be eligible to win the prizes offered by that sponsor.
Each sponsor will have giveaway prizes (the good ones).

🐴 STALLS & HOOKUPS
Any additional add on stalls and hookups will be made at the stall office beginning on Tuesday. We will assist until then through the link or email.
🛺 GOLF CARTS
The Arkansas Elite Office will NOT be offering golf cart rentals this year.
Golf carts are allowed on the grounds, but you must arrange your own rental if you would like one.
You can bring your own ATV unless there is a problem with how you are driving the ATV.
