Congratulations to Angel Vazquez-Pinero who is our February 2026 Employee Spotlight Winner.

Angel Vazquez-Pinero has been a vital part of Eagle River Homes since June of 2022. He was nominated by Jose Soto and has been a devoted member of the Floor department and an amazing Group Lead. We can always count on him to assist with any task that is set forth.

What do you love most about your job?
Angel likes his position here at Eagle River because he is always learning something new each day.

What do you enjoy most about working here?
Angel likes being part of a great team here at Eagle River.

What do you think is the most important skill that you bring to the table?
He gives 100% of himself and grows more with knowledge and strength every day.

What tips or advice would you give someone starting a new job?
Angel would like to share that you should always give 100% of yourself to the job, learn something new every day.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
He enjoys family outings like fishing with his family. He also enjoys attending church with his family.

Congratulations to Nicole Kaufman for our December Employee Spotlight. Nicole is an excellent worker and goes above and beyond her day-to-day work and seeing the final product.
Nicole began her career at Eagle River in July of 2008 in our Cabinet and Countertop shop.

Congratulations to Brian Knox who has been nominated by Jose Soto for our August Employee Spotlight. Jose pointed out that Brian is a hard worker, shows up every day and is always performing work whether it’s in his own station or assisting others within his department.

Brian began his career at Eagle River on June 13, 2025, and has been a devoted and vital member of the Floor department since his first day.
