If you're driving an E46 BMW and have not reinforced your sub-frame yet we advise you have it checked for cracks and reinforced using some plates. We're now working with a company who makes the best "off the shelf" kit we have seen. Its comparable to the highly sought after Redish kit that can only be purchased over seas and costs a pretty penny. However The kits we sell are made in the USA and are 12GA steel (slightly thicker than Redish) and are CHEAPER! if anyone is interested in these kits we will sell them to anyone who likes our FB page for $200 shipped.

We installed some StopTech Drilled/slotted rotors on the s54 sedan along with their SS brake lines and pads. These rotors really look good especially when we have the Velocity Motoring LLC (VMR Wheels) mounted. We also painted the calipers silver while we had everything apart.

We usually keep nuts and bolts organized so we don't forget where anything goes. But when it comes to working on the s54 sedan we've spent so much time with it that we can identify almost every bolt's location just by looking at them. This was after we pulled the trans out for the Act Advanced Clutch Technology clutch upgrade.

One of the many minor issues when doing an s54 swap into a e46 sedan is that you must remove and or relocate the windshield washer reservoir. The stock location is needed to mount the coolant reservoir and SAP on the m3. So we relocated the washer tank into the empty "drug bin" The install only took a few minutes and looks stock.
