This makes the 4th 6.4 cab in the air, in 2 weeks. This one had a bad up pipe leak, oil leak from the turbocharger drain tube, and a high pressure fuel pump cover leak.

If you’ve got a 6.0 powerstroke, that’s smoky, low on power, or feels like it has a miss, chances are, you need an injector, FICM, or a rocker arm assembly. However, after testing injectors, wiring, and inspecting the valve train, instead of throwing 500$-1000$ in common repair parts to not fix the issue. We found the lifter to be the root cause, and the cam to be flat spotted as well. We installed a “stage two” Dynamic Diesel Performance & Machine cam and lifter set, and got him back on the road.

The complaint was low power, stop engine light on & in derate (for low oil pressure) and smoking/thumping.
