Customer Service:
We have YEARS of customer service experience. YEARS. Wanna know the most valuable lesson I've learned? TRADE SECRET!! Say "John" walks in and needs a new stereo for his car. He says he wants to spend around $300. I have a choice, serve the company and sell him a radio for $299.95. OR I can serve the customer and find out if he really needs that $300 radio with bluetooth and Ipod and USB. Maybe he doesn't have a bluetooth phone. Maybe he doesn't have an Ipod or care about USB (or even know what it is). I can sell him a $150 CD player that does what he wants and leaves money in his pocket. THAT is customer service. It boils down to this: I could take all your money now and leave a sour taste in your mouth, or leave some there and the next time you need something you'll know who you can trust to give you the info you need to make the right decision. This is simple, if you have a receipt we will help you. Enough said. Right? What happens when you get a tint job or an amp and the place you bought it from isn't there when you need them? Did you know that most independent businesses don't even last a full year? Now your tint is peeling (because they didn't really use lifetime film), your amp is fried (because in order to sell you that amp for so cheap they bought it refurbished or repaired) and your stuck. There just isn't a substitute for hands on learning. Our installers went to school for this stuff. That isn't enough though. When I went to the Installer Institute I learned allot of stuff. Much of it useful. But you cant take a four week course and just "know" how to build a house right? It takes time and effort and a love of what you do before you are truly an Installer.
