I bought my Jeep Compass from them, and not only do I LOVE my Jeep, as it is my favorite car I have ever owned, especially in the snow, etc., but this dealership is amazing! Their customer service is wonderful, from every person I have dealt with there, to Brandon, who was my sales agent! He helped me to find the exact car that I wanted, for the price I was looking for! He did all of the work for me, and I ended up getting the perfect car, for an incredible deal! He is very friendly, professional and responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him, and would definitely recommend this dealership, and Brandon to anyone! :)
So I made a post the other day about what a horrible experience we had with this dealership. I was reached out to by new management David Black and he was very nice and seemed concerned and very willing to help. It seems as thought this was more of a problem with one man and not the dealership. They have assured me they are taking care of this. He is supposed to mail me a check to make up for our losses. As long as he holds to his word and does that... I can’t have a bad taste in my mouth with the dealership anymore. One bad apple don’t make the whole place bad. I appreciate him caring and making it right.
Wow I was just reading the “our story” on the page. And I am appalled. This dealership left us stranded beside the road 15 minutes after we bought a vehicle from them. We were 4 hours from home. It was truly a horrible experience and I have tons of pictures and a BIG story to tell. Stay tuned.

how come when you see on the internet their low price and you want that price broken down with which rebates you qualify for it won't show you anything seems ALL DEALER SHIPS don't want us doing this
I purchased a Jeep in March and they were suppose to get me my 2nd key because they lost it the day I went to pick up my Jeep..that is another story too but..I asked them to mail me another one but they said I would need to get it programmed and was told I would need to come there...I live in WV btw...which has a dealership here..I figured if they can mail it to me and I'll have the dealership here program it..I was told that I would be charged for that...I said I don't think that will work and that they need to pay the other dealership to do that..any way have yet to receive the key or been notified what they plan to do about this...I am so dissappointed with them! Please take care of this Please! Why do people always do things that aggravate? Just do the right thing so I/we can put it behind us and move on..
