We are hiring!

We are looking for Parts & Service Coordinator to keep the front counter, the shop floor, and our parts department working in sync. You'll make sure the right parts show up on time, jobs get dispatched efficiently, and complex quotes get built accurately.

What you'll do:

*Source, order, and track parts for jobs — keeping inventory accurate and delays minimal
*Dispatch work appropriately and efficiently to keep work flow moving smoothly
*Build quotes accurately and in a timely manner
*Act as the go-between for service advisors, technicians, and vendors
*Flag delays or scope changes so advisors can keep customers in the loop
*Keep job and parts records accurate in the shop management system

What you bring:

*Experience in a shop, automotive, or service environment (preferred)
*Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball
*Comfortable looking up parts and pricing repairs
*Clear, reliable communicator between front counter and shop floor
*Comfortable learning shop management software

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30-5:30
