🔥 2012 BMW 535xi In for a Stage 1 Tune & Intake Upgrade 🔧

This 2012 BMW 535xi came into Blaze Performance for a Stage 1 ECU tune and an MST cold air intake. We worked with our tuning partners to bench unlock and flash the ECU. Since the ECU sits under the intake manifold, we installed new intake manifold seals and a new ECU gasket during reassembly.

Two more vehicles came through the shop this week.

This 2025 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro came in for a full synthetic oil change to keep it running at its best.

We also diagnosed a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta GLI with multiple fault codes and a front-end clunk. We found the issues, ordered the needed parts, and it will be back soon for repairs.

🔥 Our 2018 Audi RS3 Shop Car In for a Brake Upgrade 🔧

Even our own shop cars get the same care as every customer vehicle. Since this RS3 already has factory carbon ceramic front brakes, we upgraded the rear to better match their performance.

We teamed up with our dealer partners at ECS Tuning and installed two-piece drilled and slotted rear rotors with EBC Yellowstuff brake pads for stronger bite and low brake dust.

Two More Vehicles Back on the Road at Blaze Performance 🔧

The 2016 Subaru Legacy came in for a complete service, including new outer tie rods, a front left axle, four-wheel alignment, tire rotation, oil change, filter replacement, and a full fluid top-off.

The 2016 Subaru Forester came in overheating due to a cracked radiator. We replaced the radiator, refilled the cooling system, and verified everything was operating properly.

Two more customers back on the road this week.

The 2015 Audi S5 came in with a misfire that had been chased for months. We found improperly torqued spark plugs along with missing ignition coil harness bolts and clips causing an electrical fault.

The 2016 Chevrolet Malibu came in for an emergency rear brake repair after the right rear caliper seized, destroying the brake pad and rotor.

🔥 2014 Audi S5 In for a MERCRacing Heat Exchanger Upgrade 🔧

This Audi S5 came into Blaze Performance with high intake temperatures caused by heat soak. The client supplied a MERCRacing heat exchanger, and we custom mounted the system while fabricating new coolant lines for a clean, reliable installation. The larger heat exchanger provides much better cooling than the factory unit, helping keep intake temperatures lower and performance more consistent.
