Schedule:
Pit gate opens at 4:00pm.
Public gate opens at 5:00pm.
Hot laps: 6:00pm
Racing: 7:00pm.
Admissions:
Adults, 12 years old and up is $12.00
Military ID $10.00
Seniors 62 years old and over $10.00
Children, 6 - 11 years old: $5.00
Youngsters, 5 and under: FREE
Pit passes:
$30.00 for all ages.
Amenities:
Clean modern restrooms (both the pit and grandstand area), well stocked souvenir stand, reasonably priced good food at concession stand, photo sales booth, safe and handicap accessible grandstand, handicap reserve parking, family oriented environment and exciting racing action!!!
Upon Your Arrival:
Please check in at the pit gate entrance office before entering the pit area. Draw in is located at the centrally located area of the pits pit shack building. Located between the hot pit area and the water towers.
Hot Pit:
KSP has a designated area for safety of all in the pit area. This Hot Pit area is the designated location for all racers to change flat tires, make repairs or other pit stop activity during A Main feature event races. A concrete slab and all air tools are provided for racers to use. (This is located next to the pit area grandstands behind turn #4.)
Track Packing Duties:
KSP provides all track packing duties for it's racers. This saves on racing fuel costs and car cleaning issues for racers.
Water:
Kennedale Speedway Park has water and hose available for racers use for radiators, ect. It is located at the back end of the pit shack building that also houses the restroom area in the pits. (Please remember to turn off the water when done.)
Welding Equipment:
Racers will have available to them the use of welding equipment for emergency repair work only. Be sure to use all safety measures and be respectful to KSP equipment.
Pit Parking:
All numbered pit parking spaces are reserved for regular season events at the raceway. Non numbered pit parking is available on a first come, first serve bases.
Personal vehicles in the pit area:
ONLY vehicles that is towing race cars to the raceway is allowed in the pit area.
Four Wheelers:
ATV vehicles and golf carts is allowed in the pit area. Please observe all safety measures. Please do not block the hot pit area or bleacher stairway areas with these vehicles.
Mufflers:
Kennedale Speedway Park requires mufflers on race cars. Go to http://www.raceksp.com/ for complete rules.
Raceceiver communication systems:
The raceway requires all competitors to have a working raceciever communication system during on track activity. You may use your own, rent one or borrow from someone. Racers are urged to have back up batteries. Disqualification may result of any violations.
Transponder scoring system:
KSP uses Transponder scoring and you will be required to have one. They are For Sale at the track and rentals will be available.
Safety Equipment:
Window nets, neck collars, driving gloves, safety driving suits and other safety rules are followed and required to race at KSP. Please go to http://www.raceksp.com/ for details.
Ministries Support:
Texas Raceway Ministries is always at the raceway every weekend. They provide assistance and prayer support. Texas Raceway Ministries also provided Hot Pit assistance. (Changing of tires and more during the A Main feature events.)
