Here’s an example of what you want in a customer and what you give them in return… Jason Brooks contacted me a couple years ago wanting a Floorpan built for his 33 3w. That evolved into the idea of us putting the floor in. When the car showed up it evolved into a little bit more and once we got the body back from the media blaster …. it evolved into way more… This was supposed to be a one week job… I learned right away from our conversation that this Jason guy likes nice stuff, he likes it done well and wants what he wants, pretty much “find a way” type of guy and let’s not dilly dally. This car was like a lot of todays 33-34 3ws, she had been worked over hard but she’s the real deal. We came to the conclusion new quarters were in order, new doors skins, we used 3 cowls to make one, full subrails and Floorpan, all new wood, make door hinges, figure out wood, re chop and tip the posts etc etc… Jason really gave us artistic freedom with some examples of cars he liked and we kept in touch as we went and worked through what we had to make sure we arrived with an outcome we both like.. I love it! A lot more work than I realized but we really saved a beautiful 33. My right hand man Jerry Harding put in lots of time, patience and creativity on this ole girl but we’re both proud of it. Jason has now become a great friend and I am almost sad to be sending this car off to the next step but it’s time to move onto to the next project. Thanks for the work and the friendship Jason.

I haven’t posted in forever and there is kind of a reason for that, everytime we post we get more calls and more work… We are slammed with great customers and great work so if you are a talented guy with a hunger to open a shop I encourage you to go for it, there is a ton of great work and great guys out there to work for. This car is a perfect example, we have 2 other cars to build for this customer but he asked us to finish this one for him first. Another shop started it and just let it sit for years… I hate finishing what others started, to say nothing was thought out on this build would be an understatement but we worked our way through it and finished the car in a couple months worth of work. Could not get a better guy to work for, down to earth, understands s**t and an all around guys guy, happy to do business with him and finish his car. This car rips, I like to put 3-400 miles on a car before a customer takes delivery and get the bugs worked out, it was a pleasure! Happy Easter folks.

This old war horse went under the knife today, had to get rid of years worth of Sin. Wants this 3w up to spec, got a bit a work ahead of us but I’m excited to see what Jason does with this car after we straighten the metal out and get it back to him.Hopefully we can figure out how it goes back together...

Hot rodders are cool people, makes me smile when I get dropped axle orders and guys request specific drops down to the half inch.... That means they are mocking their builds up and nailing the stance they want. Love it! Thanks for all the orders fellas. I have a couple A axles and a couple 34 axles dropped and in stock if anyone needs one. Have a good weekend folks!
