Every year around this time, the world slows down just long enough for us to look around the shop and realize something pretty incredible… we get to do what we love because of the people who trust us with their vehicles.

From lifted trucks to daily drivers, dream builds to “just make it right again,” you brought us the work, the stories, the late nights, the laughs, and the challenges. You helped our team grow, our skills sharpen, and our passion stay alive.

FAT BOBS IS HIRING TECHS!
Job Responsibilities

Mounting and balancing tires (up to 40”+ off-road tires)
Wheel and tire package installs
Tire repairs, rotations, and TPMS service
Assisting with alignments (training provided if needed)
Safe operation of tire machines, balancers, and shop equipment
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the tire and shop areas
Assisting technicians with suspension and basic mechanical work as needed
Performing pre- and post-install vehicle inspections
Required Qualifications
Prior tire or automotive shop experience Required!
Ability to lift heavy wheels/tires and work on lifted vehicles
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Valid driver’s license
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Preferred (Not Required)
Off-road or truck experience
Alignment or suspension familiarity
ASE or similar certifications
Experience with large-diameter wheels and Beadlocks
Compensation (Utah Market Competitive)
$17 - $22 per hour, depending on experience and capability

(Upper end reflects experienced techs who can work independently)
Overtime opportunities during peak seasons
Performance-based opportunities as skills expand
