I normally wont use my vehicle to pick up trailers, but this is a loyal decade+ year old client and a newly acquired business. The original request for the exterior was a wax. Unfortunately, the vinyl wrap was partially oxidized from heavy sun exposure. So I rotary & wool polished for maximum clarity. You can see the black ink colorant on the wool pad. Oxidation cannot be waxed, removal by compound is always required first. Once perfected to my standard, a complementary 2+ year ceramic coating was applied (CQuartz UK). On the interior, a heavy deep clean on the rubber flooring followed by hand polishing the stainless steel cabinets and aluminum walls. This was a full 48 hr from pick up to drop off.

An ozone generator is the best solution for odors. It’s good to keep in mind though, the source of the odor must be removed first. This involves cleaning every interior surface to remove ni****ne tar or ma*****na oils from glass plastics leather and fabric. It also includes finding and removing any remaining spilt liquids, including the mold that grows as a result of trapped liquids under carpeted flooring. The ozone should be used last for the most effectiveness. In the picture, I run my prograde Total Zone TZ-2 generator with vehicle on and cabin air cycling to remove odor in ventilation. 30-45 min is sufficient. Half vehicle on and half off.

1990 Chevrolet 454 SS -

Hard water and deep scratches had done a number on the previous 3 year ceramic coating applied roughly 5 years prior. A two step correction completely restored the gloss and clarity. The last step was applying Beadlock Marine Ceramic Coating. This coating is limited to 2 years on marine vehicles but due to its highly concentrated nature its durable up to 5 on automotive.

Resale detailing -

The main goal of this custom priced service is to improve all areas of the vehicle that would normally be unnecessary to cover with a basic detail that targets only personal upkeep. This is a very lightly used 2024 Escalade with 28.5k miles. Before pictures only. Estimated cost $200-250 (no shampoo).

The most costly vehicles to do a Resale on are any combination of the following: heavy soiled stains/sticky plastic trim, any kind of pet hair, smoking in the car, living on gravel/dirt roads.. and especially if it’s been years to never being cleaned since owned.

Real tree Max-5 wrapped EV Hummer dropped off directly from FSM Auto Restyling llc - Ceramic coating for wrap and PPF is limited to two years. Applying ceramic for gloss clearcoat on wrap will create peeling issues later.

Any vehicle wrapped and delivered by FSM direct to my shop is a flat rate of $500 for wash decon and coating. Our shops are 3 minutes apart and no chance for heavy bugs, road chemicals or other airborne contamination.
