Made some serious progress on the 71 Chevelle SS today and the Impala !
So much attention to detail when building a custom wiring harness as well as the retro fitted AC system.
The AC system being one of the toughest on this because the owner wanted to utilize the original AC box and we upgraded the system to 134A.
We are using nothing but steel braided lines for the fuel and cooling systems. And insuring we hide as many of the hoses as possible.
Luckily you can hide 2.5 cinder blocks of capacity in the upper part of the fenders lol so plenty of room.
But what people often miss is how many times these go back together and apart again on top of the meticulous time it takes to make these messy and often crowded engine bays look as good as the outside of the car.

Insanely busy summer ! We have knocked out so many builds on top of everyday repairs! We currently have the 67 impala in paint and the 71 Chevelle is getting the custom harness and final touches before the front end goes together.

Poor Chevelle has been together and taken apart so many times we have lost count but that’s what it takes to make it right.

The impala still has a ways to go but it won’t be far behind !

Been a very busy week. Rx7 is on the frame cart, it is now ready for some very minor body work and the amazing hand made body kit.
We also got the engine for the Lexus fully rebuilt and installed. I’m excited to hear that legendary 2JZ run again. Hopefully this coming week we will be able to do that on top of everything else we have going on.

Our little imported 94 RX7 is coming along splendidly. All rust repair is completed bottom is under coated and we haven’t quit yet decided on what to do with the front and rear K member but until then we are going to pull it off the rotisserie and put it on our frame table to start the work on the hand made Narita Dogfight body kit from Japan ! Took over a year to get this kit In and we are so excited to put it into action.

The first Saturday in May is recognized as National EOD Day!

In 2010, Congress formally recognized this day through H.Res. 1294, honoring those who serve and have served in the noble and self-sacrificing profession of Explosive Ordnance Disposal in the United States Armed Forces.

Today, we honor the strength it takes to walk toward danger so others can live in safety. We recognize the quiet sacrifices, the families who stand beside them, and the unbreakable bonds within the EOD Community.

We also pause to remember the EOD Warriors who gave their lives in service to others. Their legacy lives on in every mission, every teammate, and every life saved.

Join us in honoring and thanking our EOD Community today. 💙

Kills me to have to cut apart a freshly painted truck but unfortunately the original builder missed some critical things but we will get it squared away in no time. I will say I’m in love with that Omaha Orange.
