Let me put some stuff into some people's heads. Next time your vehicle is at the shop and it seems to be taking longer than they told you please be understanding it would be nice. You have no idea the s*** they're probably going through to get your car back into your hands. Even more importantly to get your precious little car out of their bay so they can make a dollar. We don't want your car in our shop any longer than than you do. Just for an instance Yesterday and today I have gone through 18 break rotors for one car. Let me give you that number again 18. Yes this is the s*** we go through crappy parts sometimes crappy cars and sometimes non-understanding customers. We get our asses handed to us 75% of the time. I am still yet to find a good set of rear rotors for this Acura. Meanwhile I've had to cancel two jobs that I could be making money on to pay the damn light bill. Parts are garbage no matter who you get them from so if you think you got to have dealer parts or the high-end parts it don't matter they're all s***. So to sum this up be nice to your mechanic, when we have your car longer than we estimated it to be we're obviously getting our asses handed to us and the last thing we need is your grumpy mean inconsiderate words. Just to be clear on this one, today's customer was very understanding and I want to applaud him for that, but that is very seldom.
